16 digit international calls through pri

i am having trouble making international calls that have 16 digits through the pri, 15 digits or less work fine, any ideas, thanks.

Did you look at the special services table? See what table 0 is set for. If it is 3, try 0. If itis 0, try 3. Different providers expect different digits.
