16 bit Windows Subsystem Error Notification

Hello All,

does anyone know what to make of this one..?
"System\CurrentControlSet\Control\VirtualDeviceDrivers, VDD. Virtual Device
Driver format in the registry is invalid. Choose 'Close' to terminate the
application." I've gotten this one twice in the last few days when
installing new software. I've chosen "Ignore" both times with no noticeable
side effects, well, not yet anyway. TIA. Cheers all.
