1408 Phones not displaying Call Waiting information on LCD Display

Avaya IPOffice 500v2 on 9.0.3.0 build 941 with Digital-8 with PRI Card and 5-1408 Phones.

When an end user is on their telephone speaking to a customer, a second call rings into the Hunt Group (Set for STANDARD GROUP, COLLECTIVE CALL WAITING)
the Call Appearance flashes but the LCD Display does NOT show the incoming name, caller id or number of the person whom is calling it just shows the information for the current call.

All Phones are in a USER RIGHTS GROUP and the TELEPHONY TAB is set for CALLS WAITING ON -> ENABLE CALL WAITING (Apply User Rights Value)
I Have verified the Hunt Group (Main 200) to be COLLECTIVE CALL WAITING) and that all Digital Phones are INCLUDED and CHECKED in the Hunt Group.
I have run the Avaya SYSMONITOR and it shows the incoming DID Number and it appears that the call should be ringing each person in the Main Hunt Group.

I had the customer send me a video of their telephone and it shows exactly what they are describing. Any thoughts as to why the calling information, caller id and/or TAG information would not show in the display of a active call that should be able to receive call waiting from external calls?
It only happens on Incoming T1 Calls, not phone to phone Intercom Calls.

NOTE: I Have Masked The Calling Number: CallingNum=XXX8832112

User > Telephony > Multi-line Options > Answer Pre-select turn that on :)

In Monitor there is a option if "development tracing" is enabled were you can see in real time what is displayed on the DSS Appearance buttons.
Monitor > Menu bar "Status" > DSS Status, enter extension number and make some simultanous calls to the customer.
 
On the phone, press Feature, press the UP arrow 3 times until the screen says Call Settings, press Select
Press the UP arrow 3 more times, until the screen says Show Waiting Call, press ON, press Done.
 
I have turned the answer pre select on
Pressed the down button and turned the show waiting calls on in the phone options
And even changed out the 1408 with a 1416 phone
As well as checked all phones and swapped ports but
Still unable to see any caller id info, tag info when end user is on the phone.
If the end user hangs up the current call then they get the calling party info but only if they hang up.
 
IS there someone who has an IPO running on 9.0.3.0 build 941 with T1-PRI that can verify if they can or can not see the caller id on incoming calls when the phone is active on a call?
 
Seems to work fine for me on a 1416. I don't have a 1408 to test. Tested on both SIP trunks and PRI.
 
Rebooted the system and reloaded the firmware and everything is working now.
