Hi, I am having this nasty thing on my computer called 124490.EXE I have deleted it, but everytime I restart my computer, a program called "Please select your country" shows up and the file seems to be downloaded from the internet, it creates a folder in C:\PROGRAM FILES\WEBSITEVIEWER\ and then it creates a shortcut to the program (124490.EXE) called SEX how can I remove it?

Are you deleting it using Adaware, CWShredder, Spybot search and destroy or something else? If you are running XP you have to turn off auto-recovery.

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.

It is a trojan based dialer. Should be detected by most antivirus tools. Try using 'housecall' or 'panda' or moosoft 'The [trojan] Cleaner'. See:

Do you have 'spykiller' on your system?

Removal of that (suspect?) tool seems to have resulted in removal of 'C:\PROGRAM FILES\WEBSITEVIEWER\' in the following post:
