1232 External call forward 1

Have a 1232 with Primary rate. I have set up EXT 201 to only ring on the night switch and programmed in a DSS key to Forward to CO and the number.
It will forward if I call EXT 201 internally but not if I call in externally.
COS is enabled for the EXT.
What have I missed?

Have you set Ddi to 201 or did you use the dil1-n table
If you used dil1-n you need to set ddi for night to 201

Ive used the DIL1-n table. I'll have a look at DDI this morning.

503 ext transfer to outside co lines

205 / 206 time limit for outside co lines

601 class of service for ext

605 /606 outgoing co lines

What way have you entered the Ddi number here we only enter the last 4 digits of the number in the table. You will need to know how many digits are sent in to you or if above v4 you can enter all combo's

The service is a Multiline OPTUS connection. Would this be preventing the ExtCallFwd?

Why is something that is so simple so difficult??

Every thing looks good there. If you fwd the extension at night to another extension does it work on Ddi
You can check in h/s programming in 998 for number sent in

I forwarded to another extension and call will comein, divert but it continues to ring and call is not sent out again. I'm at my wits end with this one. Customer is a bit peeved too.

Try setting up an XDP anlog ext to do the call forward.

BTBZ you cant use xdp because the call has to be DDI'd to the extension and the xdp is either the same or a different extension

line being called is DDI pointed to the extension,
Call fwd external allowed in the cos of service that phone is in.
have you done 71069 number #
last and the simple one to get caught out on is when testing do you put the system in to night
