1210 IP phone

Hello, just installed four 1210 IP phones, as well as downloaded and installed latest firmware on them. Meridian is at Rls 5.5 According to the documentation when you place a call on hold you should get the little phone icon by the DN in the display area to indicate the call on hold. As of now there is absolutely no indication that a call is on hold. Also can't seem to get a RDL key to display under the soft key. Any one seen these problems or have any other advice about theseparticular sets

hi , for rdl problem you need to purchase a PI patch from nortel
