11e gaining clock too fast

Hi,

System is 11e Rls 21.23+

Its gaining clock by 10 mins every 30 seconds. Please help.

Sounds like th SSC will need to be replaced. Make sure that the time adjustment is not configured - not even sure if available for 11E software?

that's a patch issue, just talked to nortel about it.. if your lamp audit is running (ld 77) or if you have exr4 on any sets.. clocks become a major problem.. 1 had drift early in rls 3. turned on lamp audit and it cleared.. a year later we added exr4 to a couple of sets.. lamp audit "hung". removed that class mark and did an ini.. nortel tech support has on a patch but it will not be public for a couple of weeks.. don't ignore the 1st post, if lamp audit is on, and your not using that class mark, it may well be hardware
