11C Miran question

I am working on a rls 23.55 11C, there is a Miran 8 card; 0-music, 1-ran 1, 2 ran-2. 3,4,5,6 vacant 7 DID.

My question is when an ACDN sends the call to RAN 1 does this only allow 1 call to listen to the RAN or can all 8 channels be active just playing a requested RAN. I am getting ERR 220 and TRK193 for 19001 and 19002.
Does the 23.55 allow for RAN broadcast.

Don't believe 23. 55 had Broadcast option, 25.40b did, and yes there is only one call receiving RAN treatment at a time. You can use the vacant channels for more calls just place them in the same Route

one user at a time can hear the ran. other callers in que will get ringback.. that is why we had racks of recorders back in the day.. don't miss those at all

older software would have lot of members in any ran route..

I ran an LTM and each route has 1 member,
If I add the other ports to the route do I need to record a greeting for those as well.

One issue I have is the customer upgraded their VRU and it seems that calls will get answered by an agent and then after a time roll to the next agent, the only alarms I have are for the RAN routes.
