11C connected to Octel VM

Hi, I have a option 11C Rls4.5 connected ( T-1 Tie line w/DCh) to 81C Rls3.0 where the main Vm Octel is at. The main site and Octel is 5digits # and the 11c is 4digits. Whnen some1 pick the phone and hit the mwk key ( message key) it ring to Octel but Octel does not know what # is it. The 11C only send 4digits (Extension) How do I make the 11C send 5digits to the Octel (ERxample: ext.5601 when dial Octel need to send 65601)

You can try putting 5601 in as an alias in mailbox 65601.
