1140E STILL "Upgrades are available"

Hi,

Somebody could help me please ?

I connect a 1140E into the network in partial DHCP mode with the IPO address and the port 5060 but when i apply and reset the phone 1140E, i still have the message "Upgrades are available"

Somebody could tell me the process how to integrate the 1140E into the IPOffice release 9 ?

DHCP is not supported on the former Nortel phones when integrating them with IPO in SIP mode, you have to set a static address in each phone. Make sure the User and Extension in the IPO are configured as SIP users not H.323. Even though they are SIP users they only need the standard IP client licenses not the 3rd party SIP licenses. Also disable the Voice VLAN setting in the phone.
