1140e set and Bluetooth Headset

Has anyone had success in pairing up a bluetooth headset to an 1140e IP set? The bluetooth headset I am using is a Jabra Jx10 with Bluetooth hub.

Have you tried to set the BLUETOOTH option in the phones config to YES instead of AUTO?

i'm using a motorola h500 and it works better on the 1140e than it does on my cell

We just paired up a Plantronics .Audio 910 headset to an 1140e phone. Had some problems at first when it asked what is the pairing code to use. We never could get the "OK" button to click on the screen, until we kept the middle button pressed in for about 3 seconds firmly and then messing around with the up, down, left and right button. Seems to work just fine now. This headset answers the phone when it is ringing, pretty cool. This Plantronic also can be used for a soft phone (with the usb thumbdrive transmitter included) and can be used with a cell phone. One thing I found interesting is that the phone shows connectivity with a Plantronics 510 instead of a 910. Really like the feel and comfort of this headset.

Yes, the Plantronics 510 seems to work very well with the 1140E. I had a Jabra 5020, but it was very spotty with the 1140E. Like sometimes it would work, and sometimes not. If you get a headset like the PLT 510 with multipoint, you can bounce pretty seamlessly between a cell/BB and the 1140E. To me, so far, this is the best thing about the 1140E, the Bluetooth capability.
