1140E IP Phone Log In

I have many 1140E ip phones on a BCM 1000. I am able to log in to most of the sets. There are a handful of phones that will not allow me to log in and configure them. The Password 26567*738 does nothing but take the set back to an idle screen. Can anyone assist me with this problem of not being able to log into a 1140E?
