1140e (i2004) won't auto pick DN in an ACD 1

I have a CS1k with Symposium and some agents using 2616s and 1140e phones. I have the ACD agent key for the first key, not ready, make busy. On the 1140es I have the users DN on key 4 and on the 2616s the users DNs are on key 8. When the users hit the speaker phone the 2616s automatically pick the DN on key 8. The 1140es don't do this. You have to hit speaker and then the DN key. Is there any way to get this go automatically like the 2616s?

Can you post your phone builds please?

I tested this on my multiline phone and handsfree always defaults to key 0. I wondered if it would help me seeing the 2616 build as you may be able to do something similar on the 1140. I was thinking call force, but that would force the call and not let you press a key to answer the call.

done but same result. The speaker phone on the 1140e lights up but doesn't automatically pick the SCR key.

you should have got another prompt lpk. probably doesn't show up till you put in ola. lpk input should be last key number that you put in.

To allow the scr key 9 to be answered when ringing by pressing the speaker add IRA in CLS and change lpk 9 as suggested above.
