1140E feature Key label goes away after phone is unplugged 1

The issue I have is that the feature Key label on my 1140E phone goes away after phone is unplugged. My PBX is at Rl.s 4.50. Has anyone found a fix for this?

If the phone is unplugged, then of course the display will go away.

From Rls5.0 NTP , 11xx series key label stored in call server, but i not sure rls4.5 are same ?

After much experimenting we have found that if you make a change on a the TN of your 1140 your key that was changed will have its display affected, if you out the entire TN and rebuild it all of the feature Key labels go away. You must go back in and redo it manually.
