Our IT helpdesk group DN was previously set up as MCR lines on our 1140 phones. Per management, for reporting and staffing purposes the Helpdesk group phones have now been set up in an ACD queue, utilizing the exising 1140 sets (we have needs to have speakerphone ability, etc.) Also, per management decree, the ACD queue was set up with the FORC = YES option. Over the years our users have acquired various headsets, both Bluetooth and DECT-based.

Our users like the Plantronics CS540 DECT headsets. We are using the Eletronic Hook Switch USB cable to the phones, and users can pick up their personal key 1/2 lines (with LHK = 2). However, it appears that the phones don't "wake up" in time to supply the ACD tone when users are logged into the queue. Bluetooth wireless headsets work ok, but the distance limitation and quality are issues.

Anyone with similar issues and/or experiences?

Sorry this is unrelated to your post curtismo but I could not figure out how to contact members directly on this site. You had an old thread ( )where you reported issues regarding the mis-tagging of DSCP by MGC. What was the resolution as I'm seeing pretty much the same thing except MGC traffic is fine only IP phone to IP phone is using DSCP 56?
