114 Error when printing on terminal services

Hi All

One of my customers is having an issue when printing from our software on a terminal services enviroment.

We are using Netexpress 3.1.11 and the PC_PRINTER_WRITE
method but when ever they try to print they get the following error

114 attempt to access item beyond the bounds of memory (signal 11)

anyone have any ideas on whats happening any pointers would be a great help, as scratching our heads at the moment

Is a printer installed for that specific TS session?

yes they have a few printers installed and are available to the session being used.
