I´m trying to configure an ACD Queue with Nortel 1120e Phones with SIP Firmware. I want to disable Call Waiting Feature but I don´t know how. Does anybody know how?
Not sure how Call Forward relates to Call Waiting, nor am I sure what Call Waiting has to do with ACD, and why it would matter that it was SIP or an 1120e or any other set. I don't think the original poster asked what they intended be asked.
