1120e Phones - Call Log

Here is the current situation.

We have 1120e and 1140e phones. Currently the "Call Log" works on both phones but on the 1120e phones it only shows the Name or the number that called. It does not show the date and time for some reason. It used to, but not it does not anymore.

One the 1140e phones, it works like it should. In the "Call Log" it shows the name or number of the person that called and also the date and time of that call. It just isn't working on the 1120e phones for some reason.

Anyone have any suggestions to try or look at?

does it have the latest firmware?

They are both running 0625C3C on the CS1000 4.5 version.

I think the latest firmware version is C6N for them. You should update them first.

the 1120 display is limited, you have to select the caller log, then right arrow then down arrow to see the clid and time/date.

the 1120 display for the caller log is only 1 line vs the 1140 3 lines for display

if the name is short enough the info will be on the screen otherwise you have to arrow down/over and around
