I have an 1120e IP set and we just got new 18 button Kem's and I programmed the set as Kem1 in the CLS and the add on works but I have the green screen and not the enhanced screen like my phone.I tried to change the screen contrast and it goes bright or dim but does'nt match the phone.Is there a enhanced version or am I doing somthing wrong.If I google them they match in the pic's.New to these!!!

When the phone is powered using a PoE switch, the backlight on the KEM is disabled. You have to use a power adaptor if you want the backlight to work on the KEM. Use only one power source (either PoE or the power adapter - not both at the same time).
Older 1100 series phones have displays with a "purple tint". Newer 1100 series phones have displays with a "yellow tint". Your new KEM is likely going to have the new display. If your phone has the older display and you don't like the slight color mismatch between the phone and the KEM, you unfortunately won't be able to do anything about that. The only option is to get another phone with a matching display for the person who needs the KEM.
