1120 sets rls 5.5 no call log or personnel directories

I know we do not use corporate directory,,,,but why do these newly installed sets not have the other personnel directory feat functions and the hunt rollover lines do not show clid even with tdd on sets and dsp key depressed.
Does anyone have 1120 that these features work ? Tech told me he has latest firmware and peps.Thanks in advance

to have personal directory on IP Phones , activate this feature on the signaling server.

ok I see to enter sigserver ip address and I saved ....do I need to save node and or reboot?
it did not prompt me to do......

no need for reboot , just enter the sig server IP.

Is it the ELAN address of you Call Server?

Enter elan IP of the sig server that is used for personal directories.

I had issues after I set mine up and didn't reboot. Some phones would work some would not.
