1120 firmware

1120 IP phone
It already had the ip configuration information in it and I have another ip with same config.

The firware wants to upgrade over and over on ths one.

It tells me on boot up:
F/W version
0624C1A

then it wants to firmware upgrade:
updating frmare to
/u/fw/x24.fw

and then the cycle starts all over again...

I only have 2 or 3 IP sets and I do not know even where to start.

look like a simple bad set.. i've have had one that cycled like that..

Make sure that your Sig server has the correct firmware on it for this type of phone.
