Running rls.7.5.I have a mix of 1120's with KEM modules and 1165's. I'm running into where the module will go blank or the whole phone will lock up and you have to unplug it to reboot it.Does anyone know what would cause this. Thanks in advance.

Checked your firmware on the sets and patches on the PBX? Always the first thing to check as Avaya will make you do it anyway.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

I do have to patch it next month so I'll see if that does it.It seems like AVAYA comes out with patches every week. Thanks for the response!!

Power over Ethernet or individual power supplies? Could be a power issue try a PSU on one of you problem sets. Often POE switches will not support phones on every port as the power to the blade might just do 32 out of 48 for example. If the data switches are full may be your issue

Thanks for the response. They are POE and also run the power supply for the set's with KEM's which in this case are the whole floor. It seems to be the same two phone sets on this floor and I've switched out he phones and KEM's.My next step was to change Data ports and the power supplies on the set's.
