1100 series USB Headset

Need some guidance. I have a remote site that purchased some headsets from HelloDirect that are USB.

The vendor and the user are unable to get the headset working and they told me they need me to enable it on the system.

4.0.2.03

Unable to find any settings on the system to do this.

Please advise.

Never Mind Figured it out.

Services Key x2
Select Preference
Select Headset

Active Headset = USB

Test
Ops Chk Good
