I have several single 1100 expansion modules attached to 1140Es on a CS1K. The numbers that are assigned to the first page seem to randomly switch over to the second page on the same unit. When you use the Shift/Outbox you can see the assigned number they are not being deletted. So the system or user is moving these.

Is it possible there is a special key that is accidentally being hit that is causing this? OR
Is the system just randomly moving these number and is there a way to correct this?

The user cant move these and the system wont or shouldn't do it on it's own. You might want to look at the firmware in the IP sets. The latest I believe is 0625C8T, there may be a newer one by now. You may want to check the patch levels in the PBX and SS too.
