Yesterday, I got a 50 pair 110 block. It came with 5 pair connecting blocks. I had a bunch of 3 and 4 pair blocks laying around. I only have a 1 wire punchdown tool (D914), so I had some trouble seating the 5 pair blocks (I only ended up using them), so I pushed them down slightly over the pairs, tapped the block with a mallet, then punched down the block on each end. Any other suggestions on how I can get around not having a 5 pair punchdown tool? jeff moss

When seating the "C" clips with 1 pair punch tool. Punch clip in middle first and then on each end. If your tool has a high/low impact setting, I usually use low. If you do alot of these you might ant to get a five pair punch tool.
You can not have to many tools.

Good Luck!!

it is true that one can not have too many tools, i know from experience. someday, when i go into the biz, i will get a 5 pair impact tool. from what i have seen, they arent cheap :( jeff moss
