11.1 One X Park Slots Not Working

Hi,

Ive recently upgraded a multi site Server Edition (V2 and V2a at the Remote Sites). The ONE X Portal is having some difficulties - it seems to be running dog slow Voicemail and Call Lists take a long time to populate and also the Park Slots are not working.

Ive re initialted the database and setup for a second time, ive also turned off CTI Link and set up seperate sites but the same problem exits.

Just seeing if anyone else had had problems with one X ?

Sorry, have not used one-x in ages but I know there are still customers out there that like it.

How is your processor usage when you start a user's one-x interface? Does it go significantly up and one-x is putting a lot of strain on it?

Hi,

Yes, but thats how One X works.

Doesnt have an influence on the PARK SLOTS though
