Is your ccm version 4.1?
I run into the same thing and the fix above did not fix it. I ended up reinstalling CDR and CAR and it worked after that. Known bug on 4.1 if that is what you are running.

Thanks......It is version5.0

ok, do you have the procedure to re install it?

I have been told that there is a bug CSCsq01364 in UCM 5 and CDR. Search for the bug and I believe there is a procedure to work around it. I haven't looked yet. I have the same problem and intend to work on it next week. Let me know if the procedure works. :)

i listen something about a patch.
I hope works( almost 1gb )

The proceedure I was given didn't work. The commands weren't recognized by the server. Did you apply your patch? If so, what was the file name?

Hi
The cdr was working fine, but we had an electrical problem and the call manager turn off, and a few days later i noted that we cant use some options in the CDR Tool.

I think that the only way is to reinstall the cdr.

But do you have any eletrical problem?

Yes we had some. I think we had some issues with this before that though. During the last week we lost our hard drives so we reinstalled CCM from scratch and then restored the database. I haven't had a chance to look at CDR since then.
