100 Series Ext. On Call Pilot 2

I sent out a tech to a site where the customer wanted some changes to their CCR Tree.... While there the Tech was notified that the customer's head office wanted all of their extensions changed to the 100 series...so... the DN's on the system changed to the 100 series... but when they went to change them on the Call Pilot they could not. (The CP was Wiped out and reinitialised)
ANYONE KNOW WHY???
-I checked and Reception (General Delivery) was OK at 100
-102 (system Co-ordinator) was not to be used (also OK)
-and all the other extensions where 110-150 range and could not add these mailboxes
ANYONE KNOW WHY???
-Call Park on the MICS 6.1 was changed from 1 to 6 (No Luck)
-No Destination Codes are programmed
-and 1 is not used as D-Dial or a pool code
****Basic system set-up nothing fancy, except the 100's****

This has been resolved by configuring the CP to be VM, once up and running, gointo the browser and change it to CP Interface, change the NAME & SPECIAL PREFIX from 11 & 19 to 80 & 81, then get out of the browser, change Call Park to 5 or 6 (it doesn't matter which one), Line pool codes 90, 91 etc...
8 is then reserved. Go back into the browser and change the interface back to VM, and everything seams to be working. I have it working as so:
MICS 6.1 w/ CP 150
1-PRI (PRI-A + 90)
4-Loop (Pool A = 91)
Park = 5
D-Dial = 0
Group List =7
NAME = 80
SPECIAL PREFIX = 81
General Delivery MBox 100
Sys Co MBox 102
All Ext. + MBox 110-132, 211-222, 311-350
All have been working with no Issues for a week now.
 
i just did it myself. thanks. all i did was do a F983, then press 2 at the main heading, toggle down to name prefix and spec. prefix and change both.

then I had to change the call park prefix to 3 and then i changed the extensions and added the mailboxes.
