10 user share limit

Hi,

I have heard that it is possible to edit the registry to change the default 10 user share limit on Win2000 Pro.

I have a 2000 Server, but would like to use a Win2000 Pro machine as a Print Server in each of our Computer Labs.

Has anyone tried this ?

Maybe you should re-think your server/networking model, to more efficiently use your CALs. Just a suggestion. ----------------------------------------

Hi,

I've purchased a dedicated Print Server for each Lab. It works out less. I have the required CALS for my 2000 Server, but was trying to avoid additional traffic.
