I have an G350\S8300 in Dallas, TX where they do 10 digit dialing. They are used to not having to dial a 1 for local calls, just the area code and number. Is there a way to set this up? I would only need to do it for 3 area codes.

I would try a prefix mark of 1 or maybe a 2 or you can simply add it as an inserted digit.

How do I add it as an inserted digit? Thanks for your help!

You can add it in the route pattern as an insert digit against the trunk group which takes the call out.

Just add an entry in the ch ars ana table

XXX(area code) 10 10 xx(route) hnpa
or
XXX 10 10 xx locl

whichever works

Now pick up phone and dial the 9+10 digit number
be sure to deny xxx976 10 10 deny hnpa

always works for me

Thanks Technician101. That was too simple.
