Have a customer who states that 11.00 am each day, in his CDR it is showing 10.10.14.1 as routing traffic.
I know this is the IP range used when setting up remote access on isdn dialup, does anyone know why this should be showing on the CDR?
Customer says it is resulting in security violations on their internal network. Is there a way to'stop' this from happening?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Can you post a bit of the actual CDR text?
Interesting problem for sure!

I am going to site tomorrow (In the UK), I will get some data and post it for you.

Cheers

Update to the issue,

The client had the cdr set to push to his laptop at 11.00am each day. but his laptop was not connected hence the connection being picked up on his network.

changed to a permanent pc on the network and all clear now.

Maybe the router is giving his pc the address.Do you have a network programer on your pc,They work good, just place your ip address range and enter it and you will see all pc's
