1 Queue connected to 3 BCMs

Hi,

We are trying to have a single queue connected to agents located on 3 different BCMs. From what I know the BCM does not allow this setup. Would there be a product either from Nortel (Avaya) or a 3rd party allowing it.

You could do it if you have IP sets off of the BCM with the CC at the other sites.
 
IP Office does this, but you'll have to wait on the next release if you want to reuse your current phones.
 
IP Office does it...I know. This is a concern because we need this work on our BCM. If it does not we simply need to look at replacing the BCM and from that point it could be IP Office, Mitel, Cisco...
