1.8 user session keeps disconnecting

I have a NT4 TSE server with SP6a, MF 1.8 SP3. one of my users is continually getting disconnected for no apparent reason. we have changed the pc she is using 3 times, changed cabling, hubs and ports on switches. i have deleted her profile and completely re-created her network and exchange accounts. connection timeout settings etc are defined via connection configuration not at user level. she assures me she doesnt press shift F3 or anything dumb like that and this isnt affecting any other users of this box. this also occurrs when she connects from another workstation.
I'm at a bit of a loose end here.
any ideas much appreciated.

It clearly indicates that the problem is related to her id's settings. In my opinion you should reconfirm checking this. Start user manager and double click on specific user. next to the group button you will find config button. Click it and there you have to verify for all setting proper.
