Hello,

I have set the name of a frame, and added the <BASE target="frameName"> at the HEAD of the html code - everything works fine.
> Can i do the some using instead of a hyperlink a BUTTON ? It doesn't seem to work.. I need form example to do a redirect or a tranfer (using query strings) and load the page in the frame.

Thanks

If you want to add attributes to an element, you have to add ruat="server" to the element and then use the Attributes.Add method of that control to add whatever you want.

Hi ca8msm

I did not understand you. I will rephrase in case it was not clear what i am tring.

Suppose 2 frames. Frame1 has a page with links. When i click on them, the page is loaded in frame2. Can i do the same thing, but ot using links, but buttons? So when i click on the button (located in the page @ frame1) it will execute something like "request.redirect("/aPage.aspx")"... and that page should be loaded in frame2.

Yes you can but in that case you're probably better off using javascript than ASP.NET server side code.

Is it easy to show me how to do this? (preferably with server code)

Thanks
