0x32 Problem

I have a MICs with 5.0 software that is networked to a 81c using MCDN. The MICs has 2PRIs from the Option working. This morning when you try and call out the user gets a fast busy and a error message "Chan Dosent Exist". Callers can call in but none can call out. Havent seen this one before, any suggestions?

itphoneman I would suggest a quick reboot to start off with. Just be sure you have the PRI codes originally installed as a back up. If you are able to get things back up and running with a reboot, you should look into upgrading from 5.0 MICS software. This version had issues from day one. My first choice would be a reboot of the MICS to re sync everything. You may have had a powerfailure over the weekend you did not know about
