I have a backplane on a MICS 0x32 that has failed and I need to replace the KSU. I wish to re-use the same NVRAM and Software Card and simply move it to the replacement KSU.

There are no system keycodes involved with this system, just alot of station modules as this is a 6.1-XC with 10-modules, lots of programming.

Is it possible to simply remove the NVRAM and Software Card and slide it into another 0x32 MICS without losing the database?

I have done a backup of the system. My concern is that when I move the NVRAM and Software Card to the replacement KSU the system will cold start and I will lose everything and wont be able to restore the database.
