I have a MICS with release 5 software that the hunt groups are not acting correctly. When a call come in it will hit the first member of the group for 1/2 a ring cycle and then immediately go to the next member of the group for the 4 rings programmed. It doesn't make a difference which member it starts at. It will do the same to all the members of the group. FYI the system was having resource issues (dtmf receivers problems). I replaced the combo card for that problem. Any idea's would be helpful.

Thanks,

The member can not be a member of multiple groups. One extension for one group, and can be the overflow and a member of the group. Nothing to do with DTMF Recievers.

Hope this helps

A set can be in more than one hunt group. It will simply assign another button to the phone. HG01/ HG02

Anyway, I had this same problem also at one of my sites and I never could get the darn thing to work right. It seemed to be glitch. I certainly know how to program hunt groups and this one just wouldn't quit ringing that half ring at the first member then jumping straight to the next member.

Anyone heard of a this on the 5.0 specifically? MRoberts
