Is anyone having trouble with the 016 cards on a magic rel. 4. The last four ports on the card will give you dialtone but won't dial out. Reset the card it works for awhile thens stops again. Upgraded to the latest release and version and it still happens. Is there a fix or am I the only one having trouble.

It is a manufacturer defect on one of the two boards which can be a 617F34. Board CC# 700285737 has the defect. Board CC# 848369971 does not have this problem. The fix requires 4 ic changes, 15 resistors and a jumper.
