I need to find information regarding the explanation of the 512 bit rule as it applies to 100BaseT networks. Any help would be great!

512-bit == 64 bytes This refers to the collision domain. Recall that in CSMA/CD to ensure a collision free transmission, the transmitting device must be able to receive its own first bit before the last bit has been transmitted. This applies to 10Base-T as well as 100Base-T.<br>
