I made some changes to a the call pilot on a bcm 400. All the greeting are still there but when you dial an extension it says please record name after the tone.Any ideas

is there a special tool needed to take apart a T 7316e set. I removed all screws but there is one round "lug" holding the set together.

no M series and T series for digital and I series for ip.

I would take a phone to the system and wire direct to the punch block. turn feature 86 on and then if you have a toner hook to a peice of cross wire and punch down on music pair. If you dont hear tone in the phones speaker, its a sytem problem or the amphenol.
