I have a KX-TDA50 with a TVA50 that when calls come in, the custom service menue answers immediatley. How do you make it ring a few times before the custom service menue picks up?
I have a phone that is not getting calls from the outside. When someone tries to call her from outside the company, it goes to one of our 800 numbers. Internal calls work fine. How do I fix it? We have a 2000IPS.

When anyone in the company wants to conference a call, it connects but there is a fast busy in the background. everyone on the conference call can hear it. Any suggestions??
