No not at all, These are actually 2 Symposium Sets . Doesnt matter what line they are on if its the inbound ACD or their private line making an outgoing it generates the error

which means
PTN associated with an IDLE VTN removed
Out of the 25 sets we have using these only 2 cause the audits . Has anyone seen this and know whats causing them.

Well I set the scenerio up here in my office and unplugged the phone while a call was ringing in and that did not generate the error. I checked the queue and no call forcing. I also put the phone in MSB while a call was ringing and that did not generate it either.
