Yes, i am doing this from memory but the issue we had was i think in change machine were you tell the voicemail what the mailbox range is we had a description next to our voicemail digits.
Sorry if this is a bit vague it was a while ago, hope this helps.
I thought this was the answer to a lot of my issues solved with the 3300, but oh no.
Deployed first system using ring groups, which had ddi's pointing at them, then the customer asked me for a message when the system was set to nightservice, easy thinks me i will do the same as i do when i used...
Yeah i thought of doing that, but the reason i had not is the customer wants them to use acd hotdesk as they do proper hotdesking between phones and work from sets at home as well, but they also use a Autoattendant where callers can dial the extension number if they know it so it was just...

Also just tried to creat a mailbox with the...

Avaya having been doing a product like this for years called Phone Manager, no server required, Lite is free and always has been, Pro is a license and still no server needed, IPro version is a softphone version needing two licenses, pro and softphone, and still no server!
If you think Mitel are bad try working with Avaya on IP Office, software riddled with bugs, no direct line to Avaya and you will ne lucky to get a call the same day from the third party tech support!
