This may seem too simple but I've had customers call about the same problem and their handsets or handset cords were bad. When you say no voice,..did you try using the mic and speaker phone as well? If neither is working it could just be a bad phone. There are I/C's that control audio.

When working with a callpilot on an mics or cics if you get the message "You have entered an invalid extension", try replacing your trunk card. The new style ls/ds and especially new ci cart. are extremely static sensative. This is just one of the many problems I've encountered with these cards.
