Check the tranfer roller and charge roller. Make sure they are fully seated (sometimes they pop out of place when moving the printer. Also try changing the toner. Hope this helps

I have the same problem with the 8200 I am working with. Did anyone figure out what needs to be replaced? I cant see fault codes cause the display only shows the Xerox logo. And this was displayed even setting the dip switch and trying to run diags.

The last two error codes are: 22,700.02 22,703.05

I checked the key and it is good. The printer prints out a page then gets a paper jam before it goes into the exit cover. After I pull the paper out, the printer prints out the other half of the page and that page fully comes out with no problem.
