When dialing out from your desktop phone do you have to dial the 2 9's? Someone may have set up ars to dial the second 9 for you, so you don't have to dial the second 9. If that is the case you would only put 1 9 in your dial sequence.

Yeah thats what I am trying to do also. With the new S8XXX products the only way I see to use ASG is through the login, which you can't specify local or remote.

Are you trying to turn on ASG for remote logins only, so the customer doesnt have to use ASG over the lan or locally?

If you remove the 400 card and move all the station cards to the left 1 slot everything will remain as is. To do this you power off the system, unplug the card, remove the 400 and move the cards. After power up you do a board renumber. Should be fine.
