You can't work with Photoshop images in Illustrator like that. The tools in Illustrator work over vector images, not bitmaps (which are the ones produced in Photoshop).
I suggest that you take a look at some older posts in this forum for learning about the differences between these two programs...
CS3 still had issues with the preferences becoming corrupt, so a possible workaround would be to reset the preferences.
The file is called AIPrefs and is located under 'Documents and Settings/User/Application Data/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator CS3 Settings'. It is a hidden file. Delete it with...
From what I recall from AI 10 you would find those options under the tool flyout: click and hold over a tool in order to display the flyout; click on the button to the far right to make it permanently visible.
If that's it, once you have it visible, place it where you want it and save this...
Corel sure has a sense of humor...
Will adding a new location to other tools work (any path will do for testing purposes)? If the OK button doesn't work for other tools either, it could be an installation issue as far as I can tell.
Oh, I guess I didn't elaborate much on that one!
When I say print jobs I mean professional printing, large-format posters, banners, outdoors, some processes that require color separations, etc.
Photoshop's focus is on professional users (i.e. graphic designers). While PSP is aimed towards home...
Unfortunately there aren't enough tutorials on photomanipulation for PSP. For some reason we haven't gone that deep yet (I'm working on a new tutorial site and intend to put stuff like that up, but there's no release date).

You can use the Transform palette to enter new values for the Ellipse. I also like using the Convert to Shape effect, as it lets you preview the new size.
Which version are you using?
You'll probably have to reset the registry but depending on the version the process is a bit different (you can search the forum for the procedures, because those have been posted several times).
Another thing you can do is delete PSP's cache files (you'll find them...
What about your layer? Do you see a filled eye on the palette or does it show the outline?
Last place to check is the appearance palette, to make sure that no effect is being applied to your shape.
If all else fails, delete the AIPrefs file.
Basically the layouts are built through XHTML and CSS, and you use the element positioning techniques to place the graphics that you create inside PSP into the web page.
It's like if you created the layout on a piece of paper, then cut bits and pieces of each element, and then placed them back...
Not an Illustrator issue and I don't think you are making yourself clear...
Safari and Firefox are not servers. If you are using them to access your email then it all comes down to whether the service you use lets you embed the image or not.
If pop3 is offered by your email provider you could...
