I have an Option 11 and I cannot access the paging ACOD from any of my IP sets. I get "release and try again" after dialing my paging ACOD. Am I missing a class of service option with the IP sets?
I revisited the issue by trying to call 211 from my home phone and was able to get through. The test call yesterday was from a centrex line and would not go through. My home and my option 11 are in the same central office so can I just out the 211 NXX and make it a 211 spn?
So that would be an ATT central office thing, I guess I will have to wait until ATT gets it going in A/C 561. I would have thought as large as this county is we would of had it by now. I tried it from a cell phone and it works, I tried it from a landline outside the switch and it doesn't work.
Have tried to add 211 as a spn but the switch says it already exist. When I pull the list for spn's all i get is 0, 411, 561, and 911. I there an other place to see if it exist?
Station A calls Station B and leaves a message. When Staion B uses Desktop Messaging the name displayed in the Desktop Messaging Tab is a previous user to Station A not the current user. If the mailbox is built under the current user, where does Callpilot get the name to populate the desktop...
Just bought a KXTA824pk with built-in voicemail (KXTA82492). How does the voicemail work with this system? What programming do I need to do to the ext's? How does a call end up in voicemail and how do I retrieve it?
I found a business from the internet that took my old phones, and they paid the shipping, i just took there money. Try www. businesstelephone. com. The phones were in good condition, but were just laying around here collecting dust, I was happy with the check, get the money to our Scout Explorers.
