I am having an issue with one of our Microcall servers.
When double-clicking on the application, nothing will come up (no GUI), and no error message is displayed. Therefore the data is not populating in the DB files.
I have heard from fellow techs that had come accross similar issues...
Just one detail I want to correct, the IDC table is actually set to send the call to a 4 digit type 500 phantom DN, which is then DCFW to the ACOD+Cisco extension string (88405xxxx).

We have a connection between our Option 11 and a Cisco router, on which I am sending some DID calls to Cisco phones. This is done through LD49 IDC table, in which i am converting say 514-xxx-xxxx to 88405xxxx (88 is the ACOD for the route and 405xxxx is the 7 digit Cisco extension)...

This is a very good Idea since the purpose of all this is that we wanted to minimize the number of calls ending up to voice mail and re-direct them to other agents.
By putting FND and HTD we will by default remove ability to go to voice mail on no answer, plus integrating it...
I'm struggling with a feature that needs to be implemented but I can't find a clean way of doing it.

Incoming calls to a toll free hit a call pilot application and ask user to enter an extension #, otherwise the call is queued to a skillset. That part works fine...
Thanx, it turned out none of the voice mail referenced by applications had 'Personnal Verification' recorded, only internal or external greetings.
I recorded 'silent' messages and it is now OK.

Actually the prompt I don't want to hear is the system prompt saying the voice mail # prior to the greeting.
What I want to know is if there's a way of selecting wether or not we want the system to say the VM# when transfering the call to the VM.
