Sounds like you need HFA in the class of service for the phones to allow Handsfree. If you have HFD then you can make calls and hear then on the speaker but the mic wont work unless you have HFA.

RCO on the extension.. Ringing Cycle Option ie how many rings before doing the hunt or fdn treatment. There are 3 rco's defined on the system and these are altered in ld 15.

Do you mean overflow to the acod of the ran route?

I have a MIRAN providing a RAN whenever the console is busy. However the RAN will continuously play until the console becomes free again, but if you ring the acod of the RAN route it plays once. How do you get it to play once when overflowed from the console? Cheers

Yeah have the TLAN IP address of the sig server in the gatekeeper settings. As for the endpoint in the NRS is it a non RAS H323 endpoint?
